TPS63060: TPS63060DSCR marking and performance problem

1. Please help to confirm whether there is datecode information on the silkscreen

2. After we put on the board, there was abnormal sound and abnormal load, and the output voltage with load (150mA) was pulled down to about 3.6V

In standby mode at 70°C for about five days, a total of 11 sets, eight of them are the same phenomenon

Please help confirm the above two questions

Could you help to capture waveforms including info of Vin/Vout and current of inductor during this issue.

according the silkscreen shared, it should be producted in Nov 2022.

We tested the input and output waveform. When the chip output is not loaded, the waveform is normal, and when the output is loaded, the output voltage is lowered

Ch1 is the input voltage? is it possible you can help to capture the waveform of EN and current of inductor?

Hi, we can not measure the inductance current, the main bad situation is that high temperature and high humidity do standby aging, and the output capacity decreases. Lead to product differences
