CSD87381P: Thermal data of mosfet

HI 

I am using this MOSFET in our design with PMIC. I am doing thermal simulation of this mosfet but for this I need to know the θjc and θjb. In the datasheet we have the information of θjc but we don't have the information about θjb.

I request you kindly provide all the thermal simulation related information for the same.

    Hello Ashish,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD87381P datasheet includes Rθjc(top) to the top of the package (4.9°C/W) and Rθjc(bottom) to the PGND pin on the bottom of the device (1.65°C/W). The PGND pin is the source pad of the low side FET. You should have all the information you requested from the datasheet.
