we need information regarding the 62368 certification of TPS25947. The datasheet as well as the section "additional ratings" in the 62368 certificate do not specify the max. transients and the max. power (e.g. 250 VA) as well as any other conditions under which the eFuse can be used as an "G.9, IC current limiter". This information is given in the test report and independant of the ratings in the datasheet. During 62368 certification of a product with such an eFuse, the test laboratory will look at the IC's test report. As far as I know the report is given to test laboratories to assess these information. If our design does not fulfil a single of these unknown conditions, it would fail the certification.
Could you give us the relevant parts of the test report under NDA or could someone on your side read the report and tell us the test conditions?
