MIN is greater than TYP.
Isn't MIN=100mA and TYP=150mA for both A and non-A products?

Hi Dice-K,
Yes, that is clearly a datasheet error and I will place it in the correction log to be fixed.
Also yes, as you've pointed out I think there was an issue when the datasheets were copied over as the formatting didn't align exactly so the automated system made an error. I will submit this as a change, and let you know if I hear back and it is truly different typical, but at this point I will be submitting a change request.
