1-The customer referred to the evaluation board of TPS23754 and made their own circuit board. Initially, there was a voltage output during testing. but during the testing process, there was no voltage output with a load of 12V 1.5A.
2-The measurement waveform is shown in the following figure. Green represents the voltage of the VSS pin, red represents the VDD current, and the waveform is continuously output periodically. The R16 sampling resistor has been replaced with 0 ohms, eliminating the protection caused by overcurrent；
3- Please help to see what is causing this abnormal problem. Thank you
