TPS748A: Difference between TPS748A and TPS74801

I'm considering to exchange TPS74801DRCR to TPS74801AWDRCR.

I think there's no big differnce and it can be easiliy changed without changing circuit around this device.

But if you have any concerning point to do that, please let me know.

Hey Toshi,

You are correct. There are no major differences regarding TPS748A and TPS74801 besides some performance specs such as noise and output accuracy.

The pinout is the same so your circuit would not need to be changed.

I have an another question.

Table 8-1 of the TPS74801 datasheet provides recommended values for R1 and R2 for the TPS74801, but not for the TPS748A.

Can I see the same values for the TPS74801 as for the TPS748A?

Yes these resistor values can be used for TPS748A as well.
