BQ25890: Deviation of STAT-pin 1Hz blinking

Hi team,

My customer want to know the deviation of STAT-pin's 1Hz blinking.

Is it +/-12% like digital clock(min 1320, typ 1500, max 1680 kHz)? Or, please tell me the deviation value if it works another clock domain.

    Hi Atsushi-san, 

    Unfortunately we do not provide a specification on the accuracy of the STAT pin blinking as it is designed with the intention of being a visual indicator. It is fair to expect there to be a small amount of deviation from 1 Hz blinking frequency description, but when there is a fault condition stat pin will blink at a uniform frequency close to 1 Hz.
