The ctm wants to look for a Half-bridge driver to replace FD2203. And they need pin to pin, but I don’t find one. Would you please recommend a suitable ship. Thanks.

Some information as follow:

  • Absolute maximum boot voltage:250V
  • Input logic level : TTL、CMOS
  • source current /sink current:1.6A/2.3A
  • package type :SOIC(8)

    Hey Kevin, 

    Thank you for your question regarding our half-bridge driver portfolio.

    Our closest match for Pin-to-Pin is the LM2103. This is a 107V rated driver with 0.5A source/0.8A sink peak currents. What are the system parameters as this may work?

    If you need the higher voltage ratings, the UCC27710 is a 620V half-bridge driver with the same pinout and 0.5A source/1.0A sink peak currents. While it has the same pinout, pin 3 for LI is not inverting like that of the FD2203.
