LTSpice and PSIM models are not available. TI offers PSPICE and SIMPLIS models for UCC14341.

PSPICE models for all integrated isolated bias (IIB) modules are in development and close to release but not currently available today. Check the UCC14341 product folder, Design & development in about 2 weeks. In the meantime, the SIMPLIS model is available for download.
