Hello, we are a company called NTCSoft in Korea.
We are going to make a product using your BQ25890 product.
Currently, we made samples several times and tested them, but there was a final problem.

As we do not consider the heat dissipation of this chip, the charge stops due to the heat around the BQ25890 chip when charging.

When we use the BQ25890EVB board that your company sells as a sample, it works very well.

So, can you get some gerber files of the products your company made for EVB and analyze them..

If you need it, we can send you the CAM data of the product we designed.

Please recommend a way to solve the heat dissipation problem.

    Thank you for reaching out via E2E. You can download the relevant EVM board files at the link I have included below. Under the design files section you can download gerber files as well as a pdf showing all the PCB layers.

     The description of TIDA-00589 mentions the BQ25895 rather than the BQ25890, but the files are correct as BQ25890 and BQ25895 have the same EVM board design.
