Hi,

I want to use TPS62160DGKR for my boost converter project. In this project, I should launch my circuit above 5V. This IC typically has a UVLO voltage of 2.7. But I want to change this voltage. How can I do it?

I think I can use EN pin to change UVLO voltage. But It has no precise threshold value for enable pin.

Hi Yusuf,

Yes, you're right. The range of EN threshold is large and may not be suitable for this application.

Is it possible you use other product such as TPS629210? It's the next generation of TPS62160 with lower Iq and its EN UVLO is accurate.

I have to use IC that we have. So I will use TPS54302DDCR. I used this ic but the voltage was changed when I touch on the reference resistors. But If I use low value resistors probably this problem will be solved. Also some specifications are different but they are enough for my project. Thanks for your answer :)
