The customer made a circuit board using TPS23754, and the schematic diagram is as follows.
1-During the test, it was found that the output 12V 2A was normal, but the efficiency was only 82%, and the overall heat generation was more severe than
TPS23754EVM-383 ;
2- The test VC voltage is 27V, while the Demo board VC is 11V, and the specification requires VC to be less than 18V.
3- Exchange transformer with demo board, no improvement in status; Replace R197 with a 22uH inductor, but the status has not improved. The waveform of the abnormal point is shown in the picture.
4- Please help to take a look at the schematic diagram for any issues and what causes the abnormality.
