TL720M05-Q1: how short circuit protection detect and react

Hi team,

There isn't any detail about TL720M05-Q1 short circuit protection in datasheet.

Could you please help to introduce:

1. what is the short circuit current limit, I mean the detection threshold.

2. what is the deglitch time.

3. how our device will act after short circuit is detected.

    450min, 700typ, 950max is the output current limit functionality whether heavy load or SC.

    Unfortunately this is not data that we have characterized.

    However, bipolar processes generally have a current limit deglitch speed on the order of 1ms.

    When SC is detected a brick wall protection will begin. This results in the output voltage falling. Once the short condition is lifted then the output can recover and the current will go back into normal operation.
