BQ25892: how is explain as below select?

Thank you for reaching out via E2E. Details on the settings you have circled in blue can be found in the register map section of the BQ25892 datasheet starting on page 36. 

When you hover your mouse over a checkbox the GUI will show you the appropriate bit for that setting in yellow to the right of the screen. For example if you hover over "start ADC" the GUI will show you that setting is REG02 bit 7.
