TPS544B25: Questions of TPS544B25

Part Number: TPS544B25

Dear Team,

There are two TPS544B25 on the OCM board. Due to the reduction in current demand, the over-current points of my two materials also need to be updated. Please help me check if there is any problem with the code file.
Message as follows:
1. Material number: 116800001041A output 3v3, IMAX=4A, the internal over-current protection point is set at 6A, the over-current alarm is set at 5A, the code file is in the attachment, and the CSV file and .xml file are each exported, please check.
2. Material number: 116800001608A Output 2.57 IMAX=3.5A The internal over-current protection point is set at 6A, and the over-current alarm is set at 5A. The code file is in the attachment, and the CSV file and .xml file are each exported. Please check.

Please help me confirm as soon as possible whether the code is OK and whether other places need to be changed. Please fine the attachment. Thank you very much.

Many Thanks,

  • Hey Jimmy,

I've verified the .xml files using the TI Fusion Power Designer. For the 2.57Vout device, I see that Iout warn and fault are set correctly, see below:

The iout warn and fault are also correctly set for the 3.3Vout device:

The datasheet does not state that any extra steps need to be taken when updating Iout_warn and Iout_fault.

    Thanks,
    Caleb
