TPS53319: Inquiries about the TPS53319DQPR

Hello,

My customer is using the TPS53319DQPR with VIN=12V and VOUT=0.882V or 1.177V.

They have some questions about the device.

Q1) Is there a shutdown function according to input voltage changes? If so, what V is the input voltage for shutdown?

Q2) What is the current in the internal diode?

Q3) Are there only two operation modes: Auto Skip and FCCM? If there is another mode, please let us know.

    Q1)  VREG is sourced from VDD.  VREF has an output undervoltage lockout.   If VREG falls below ~4.0V, the device will shutoff.  

    Q2)  Here is the functional block diagram.  What diode are you referring? 

    Q3)   There are two operating modes:  CCM and auto skip
