TPS546C23: Bug in FUSION_DIGITAL_POWER_DESIGNER || TPS546C23RVFT programming through USB to GPIO2 programmer

I understand that you are at a production stop because of this, let me see if I can help you. I'm assuming you've read the Fusion GUI Command Line Tools document. If not, I've attached it below. Please review it to ensure that you are using the commands correctly.

The TPS546C23 is one of the devices applicable to this guide. If this is not applicable to your needs, let me know and we can move forward to debug.

FYI : There is a bug in Fusion Designer software.

These CLI (command line) are not working. This is main issue.

As per my understanding, these CLI utilities (FusionParamReader/Writer ; in folder), using a DLL (usbtogpio2 may be name is different).

That DLL seems not have built properly. 

CLI Error is attached above. Please look into this.

Dont know how this BUG remains unnoticed by TI team.

Just for info: IC TPS546C23RVFT we are using & two softwares we tried.

Fusion Power Designer -  CLI giving error. (does not matter what IC we use)

                                         GUI is ok. Able to detect IC TPS546C23RVFT

Fusion Power Studio    -   CLI working (--scan & etc commands), but IC TPS546C23RVFT  support is not there. (not detecting this particular IC) 

                                         GUI is ok but not detecting IC TPS546C23RVFT (no support for this part)
