Hello,
as part of a project for my company, I ordered a BQ40Z80EVM-020. I received it and installed the BQSTUDIO (battery management studio) application.
The problems start when I try to identify the type of component used:
I select the family of BQ40Z80 and unfortunately none of the "bq40z80" families are accepted, which prevents me from using the bms.
I've tried downloading other tools proposed by TI (see photo) but nothing works. Could you please tell me the necessary steps so that I can use the card.
