This specification is not being tested. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a guaranteed minimum or maximum value.

Typically, startup will be longer at cold temperature and shorter at hot temperature.

Is there a certain startup time required for the application?

There is a specification for output voltage slope.

Therefore, I want to confirm slope of output voltage. Are there a minimum and maximum data?

If it is not possible, could you give us a dispersion of data?

We don't have that data available, unfortunately. If you are looking for a more controlled startup, you may want to consider a different device.
