LM25088: MY BUCK CONVERTER OUTPUT IS ALWAYS 0.7V INSTEAD OF 5V.

Dear Sir and Madams,

Helloi have a problem with lm25088. my pcb's output voltage is 0.7V,

i leave it some otucome include; signal of sw node, my scheamtic and layout.

    Hello Ramazan 

    The SW pin voltage should not drop when the high-side MOSFET turns on. Please check these items one-by-one. 

    •  C4 capacitor voltage should be enough to turn-on the high-side MOSFET . 
    •  The voltage between the drain of the high-side MOSFET and ground should not drop when the switch turns on.
