My customer has a question for RT configuration of TPS54310.
I know this is very old device, but they want to continue to use it for a reason.
In their previous design, 22Kohm was used for RT pin and the switching frequency was 1.88MHz.
Since it was designed a long time ago, nobody knows why this configuration was used.
But they basically don’t want to change it.
They checked the datasheet and it says that it supports from 280KHz to 700KHz.
Then they would like to know whether there is any concern to use at 1.88MHz.
Is there any problem in this configuration?
