Hi,

I would like to know the total gate charge value and the Turn-On and turn off Switching Energy for 

LMG3422R030.

    Hey Neha, 

    The turn-on and turn-off energy for LMG3422R030 can be found in our data sheet for this device in Figure 7-10. For the gate charge, because we integrate the driver into our device we include the VDD Supply Current vs IN Switching Frequency data instead. This data is in Figure 7-7 and Figure 7-8 in the datasheet.
