TPS566238PEVM: PG pin requirements

Hi, 

Datasheet recommends to connect a pull-up from powergood pin to VCC pin as I show you at the picture below:

However, VIN can reach up 12V so as 12V is bigger than 5V VCC LDO output, VCC=VIN=12V. However, PG pin only stand up 6V.

So could I connect PG pin as I show below instead of datasheet recommendation?
