Hello,
What is the difference between the "Aux" pin on LMG3622 and a traditional supply pin? Does this Aux pin need to connect to the Aux winding of a transformer?

Hello,
There is no difference between the Aux pin and a normal power pin (typically "VCC"), the recommended range of the Aux pin is 10-26 V measured with respect to AGND. The reason why this pin is labeled AUX is because a typical application will usually have the primary transformer aux winding connected to the analog controller and FET supply voltage, which is illustrated in Section 9.2 Typical Application of the LMG362x datasheet (click the picture to view):
Here, the transformer aux winding is connected to the analog controller which provides power for itself and the LMG362x device.
Regards,
Zach
