Hi Team,

My customer would like to design in core power using TPS53667 with CSD95490Q5MC. But we still concern the thermal in our condition. May you help let me the common thermal improvement method for the structure? 

They will do the 60C RA test and so they expect the IC temp us under 75C in full load.

    Hi Roy,

    For thermal considerations the layout can contribute. The power stages are bottom side cooled so check the recommended layout in the power stage datasheet which demonstrates ground plane via's which carry current and heat.
