Hi Louis,

Max Tj is 135C while current limiting, 155C otherwise. These values come from the bottom of the electrical characteristics table.

TPS2062 maximum power consumption is going to be a function of supply current and VIN. Worst case will be 5.5 V * 150 uA = 0.825 mW.

Can you clarify what is meant by Tc?

Loius,

Assuming worst case conditions of 85 C ambient, IS2E = 120 uA, VIN = 6 V, ILOAD = 1 A, and RDSON = 122 mOhm, I calculate a case temperature of 95 C.
