Hi, I am an electrical power engineering student and I am using Bq76940 in my graduation project. I was investigating the datasheet and I found the you wrote this about the voltage difference between (VC0-Vss), (VC5B-VC5X) and (VC10B-VC10X) in section 7.1 
,but in TIDA-010030 ref. design the voltage difference between these pins will be around -2V (except VC0-Vss diode will force the voltage to be around around -0.7
