LM25116: Output Rail Collapses under rated full continuous load

Part Number: LM25116

Hi there,

Running Parameters: Vin = 20V, Vout = 13.85V, Iout = 32A, L = 18uH, Cout = 3mH, Cin = 8mH, Rcs = 1.5mOhm.

We are having an issue with the output voltage rail collapsing after running for 15 to 30 minutes at rated full continuous load.

Can we talk directly so I can show images?

Would you please post your waveforms here ? If you don't want to, please leave your email here and I will contact you by email.

Since the converter can work properly for ~ 15min, I think the issue is related with a thermal shutdown, or the issue is caused by a hot component.
