Dear Ti support team，
LM22674MRX-5.0/NOPB this part our new coming stock Font size marking not same with master golden sample, but we did de-cap test , in wafer we can see TI brand logo, but i did find PCN documents to prove this Font size marking difference.
Can you help me to explain this difference? I'm really confused.
