To my understanding, the first stage of boost is to achieve MPPT, then Vin of boost is regulated, right? Then Vin sense accuracy is important, what's the accuracy of Vin sense and is Vin sensed by Vin_DC pin? Thanks.

Please see Section 7.3.1, "The boost converter indirectly modulates the input impedance of the main boost charger by regulating the charger's input voltage, as sensed by the VIN_DC pin, to the sampled reference voltage stored on the VREF_SAMP pin." VIN_REG is specified as maximum of 10% in the datasheet.

To my understanding, the closed loop control is to compare Vin_DC with Vref_samp, then what's the accuracy of Vin_DC sense? +/-1% or +/-10%? Thanks.
