Hi Hao,
Have you captured any waveform during your test? You can send me the AVDD, VGH and VGL when you powering on the IC.

I did not capture the SW waveform during the power-on test, so AVDD was 5V, VGL and VGH were 0V
Hi Hao,
I suggest to capture these waveform to understand the start-up behavior.

I have tested that there is no waveform when the SW pin is powered on. I don't understand why there is no waveform in this pin
In addition to testing the waveform of the SW pin, are there any other testing methods? In addition, can you help to see if there is any problem with the principle design?
Hi Hao,
The minimum VGL of this part is ~ -(V_AVDD-1.13V), but now you are programming a much lower VGL.

Is the current voltage of VADD still available? Do you think the voltage of VGL affects VADD?
Hi Hao,
Please refer to below AN. The VGL is supplied from AVDD, so its output range is limited by AVDD as well. If you program an over range VGL, the IC couldn't regulate the programmed value and finally trigger UVP fault to shut down all the outputs.

When I replaced the R11 with 150K (VGL at -5V), I was able to output 8.2V, VGL-5V and VGH12.5V
Hi Hao,
Please refer to datasheet "7.2 Functional Block Diagram", the VGL is supplied from Vsup (AVDD).
