I want to know whether UCC27311A has interlock between HO and LO?

Seems there is no such description in the datasheet.

Hi Rubas,

Can you explain more details on how the internal logic to eliminate shoot-throughs?

When HI and LI are all high, seems that HO and LO will be high. In such situation, is there any protection mechanism? Is the eliminating shoot-throughs for the gate driver itself?

Hi Xiaoying,

I'm assuming you read my reply before I edited it, but the internal logic used to eliminate shoot-throughs is only for the output stage, not the external power FETs that the device is driving; I apologize for the mistake. There is no protection against shoot-throughs for the external FETs.
