TPS259827LEVM: TPS259827ONRGET E-fuse Output remains ON when EN/UVLO is at 0V

Part Number: TPS259827LEVM

When in this state, it appears that EN/UVLO is totally ignored when set low (0V).

The fuse operation is still correct when in this state - ie over current with lead to the output being turned OFF, and the "indefinite retry" configured as per table 3 of the datasheet turns it back on when the output over-current is removed.

RETRY_DLY has 22nF to GND, NRETRY is at GND.

Correct operation of the EN/UVLO is restored only when the device is re-powered.

I'm not sure how it gets into this state.  I can't see anything in the datasheet that has any caveats regarding the behaviour of the EN/UVLO pin.

The device is being used with a 2S Li-Ion battery, and the EN pin is used to turn the output off when required to prevent current drain on the battery, and is very important in this application.
