I have some questions when testing Cell Balancing at Rest with BQ78350-R3 FW
"I have been unable to successfully test the 'Cell Balancing at Rest' feature."
"After my investigation, I found that the Gauge might not have entered the 'REST' mode continuously."
"My current understanding regarding 'at Rest' is the 8th bit in GaugingStatus, labeled as 'REST'."
"My understanding is that Gauge enters 'REST' when there is no charging or discharging current."
"However, even after a prolonged period without any charging or discharging current, the 'REST' bit has not been set to '1' by the Gauge."
