What will be the impact if there is not enough solder between THERMAL PAD and PCB?

    Hi Kevin,

    If the thermal pad is not well connected to the PCB, the chip will not be able to dissipate heat well during operation, and the corresponding temperature rise will increase under the same power. Therefore, it is recommended that customers layout according to the requirements of the datasheet. Thanks.
