Trying to model the TPS92682 dual CC/CV power supply IC in "PSpice for TI". The demo pSpice model has a 20ms transient analysis. On my computer this simulation takes over an hour to run. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz, 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable), 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Windows 10 Pro.
Is this time typical? Can I do something to speed it up? I tried changes recommended in SLYP725.pdf. Changing the GMIN setting as suggested cause the simulation to fail. Setting it back and changing the others did not result is a noticeable improvement.
