TLV767EVM-014: CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required

Hi

Please can you provide the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for TLV767EVM-014 ?

The product is CE marked but the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity is not available on the T.I website,

    Hi Chris,

    We looked through our database and we cannot find documentation which shows our CE declaration of conformity. We believe that it has passed due to our attention to detail and strict compliance reviews within our EVMs, but this is not something we can guarantee due to the lack of documentation. 

    That being said, the multipackageEVM-823 can be populated by this device and has a DoC certificate. This is a great alternative solution that has supporting documentation.

    Thank you for sharing the doc of the however I am really sorry, this won't do.

    I must explain the reason for this request:
    Manufacturers/Entity selling under their tradename have the obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for all the products they apply CE to (and keep them up to date, and in their records for 10 years after last sales). [Obligations dictated by the CE directives]

    Importers of CE-marked products to the EU have the obligation to have a copy of the CE/EU Declarations of Conformity in their records (and to keep in their records for 10 years after the last sales).

    As T.I. applies CE to the product, they must draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity.

    As we, Mouser, have stock of  TLV767EVM-014 and when selling to the EU, we are the importer of records, we must have a copy of the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity in file.

    Please kindly support and resolve this compliance gap by providing the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for TLV767EVM-014

    Hi Chris,

    I understand the situation and I spoke to upper management regarding this issue. This is not an issue that we can fix in a day, it will take at least a few weeks to get this sorted out. 

    I wish we could provide you with this documentation, please give us some time to resolve this and we will get back to you with supporting documentation. I understand the regulation that mouser must comply with. We will try to figure out a solution to this problem.

    Do you have an update on this, please?

    the product is currently CE marked by T.I, so in short, there are only two possible scenarios:

    #1: the product is CE compliant, and TI has the legal obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity

    or;

    #2: This enquiry has brought to light that this product does not meet CE compliance and T.I. cannot draw the CE/EU Declaration. If that is the case, we need to know as we shall restrict the product from being further offered to the EU market, but in this case, T.I. must also cease to apply the CE mark to this board.

    Please advise which scenario we are in.

    Hope all is well. I am sorry for the delay, the planner of this EVM is on vacation and will be back next week. I want to ask her just in case she has documentation that we cannot see on our end.
