TLV767EVM-014: CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required

Thank you for sharing the doc of the however I am really sorry, this won't do.

I must explain the reason for this request:
Manufacturers/Entity selling under their tradename have the obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for all the products they apply CE to (and keep them up to date, and in their records for 10 years after last sales). [Obligations dictated by the CE directives]

Importers of CE-marked products to the EU have the obligation to have a copy of the CE/EU Declarations of Conformity in their records (and to keep in their records for 10 years after the last sales).

As T.I. applies CE to the product, they must draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity.

As we, Mouser, have stock of  TLV767EVM-014 and when selling to the EU, we are the importer of records, we must have a copy of the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity in file.

Please kindly support and resolve this compliance gap by providing the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for TLV767EVM-014

Hi Chris,

I understand the situation and I spoke to upper management regarding this issue. This is not an issue that we can fix in a day, it will take at least a few weeks to get this sorted out. 

I wish we could provide you with this documentation, please give us some time to resolve this and we will get back to you with supporting documentation. I understand the regulation that mouser must comply with. We will try to figure out a solution to this problem.
