My customer is using our UCC27201A.

Could you please help check the max voltage can HI and LI pin bear when the device is not power on?

    Hello Brian,

    The LI and HI inputs can tolerate input voltages of up to 20V Abs Max regardless of the VDD voltage level. Usually in the datasheet ratings if the control input signals are limited to voltage levels at or below VDD it sill be stated as such in the parameter table.
