Exact pin to pin Alternate for LM5145RGYR

Dear Expert, 

We have come across TI - LV5144 95-V, Synchronous, Buck DC/DC Controller. 

We are already using LM5145RGYR since long and validated in many of our designs for Synch buck converter for E motorcycles.

Can we replace LM5145RGYR with LV5144RGYR without any modification or validation?  or do we need any specific test to re-validate?

Is LV5144RGYR is launch in production?  Is any difference in both ICs ?

    Hi Vikas,

    Looking at the electrical characteristics these devices are 99% identical, there's some negligible discrepancies in supply current but otherwise should be a drop in replacement yes.

    I suspect that the ICs are the same design just different manufacturing flow, either location difference, material difference, or combination of both.

    Also LM5146 fits this socket as well.
