TPS61087: [TPS61087DRCR] Request for confirmation of circuit diagram

We are conducting actual machine verification using the circuit on the next page.

As a result, boost operation may stop when Iout=1.0A.

At this time, the coil makes a noise.

There was no problem with WEBENCH, but could you please tell me the possible reason?

Also, how can I solve it?

    Hi Tomoyuki,

    The parameters look all right except the compensation parameters are not as datasheet recommended.

    The clues are limited, and it may be resulted from unstable loop.

    You could try to change the compensation parameters, reduce the Rcomp and increase Ccomp.

    Could you please describe about the 'stop and noise' problem and do you have any waveform including Vin, Vout and SW?

    The correction parameters were changed to decrease Rcomp and increase Ccomp.

    It worked fine. Thank you. Problem solved.
