TPS51200-Q1: VTTREF connection question

Hello team,

My customer want to use TPS51200-Q1 to supply the DDR, but we don't know how to use the VTTREF pin.

Would you mind to clarify how to use the VTTREF? How this pin should connect to the DDR, it would best if you can draw a picture.

Hi Lanxi,

DDR applications require 2 power rails. This application note goes into more detail to describe why VTT termination is needed: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua886a/slua886a.pdf

For the TPS51200-Q1, this comes from the REFOUT pin which requires an output capacitor as described in the datasheet.
