Hi,

We found 2 pcs chips crack on our product, here i want to know do you have mechanical stress test data, how much stress can make its case crack？

    Hi,

    It's very rare for a chip to leave the factory with any cracks. Were the cracks found while they were still sealed in their reel? We also have no official standard for mechanical stress tests to break the package, but generally our packages can handle a considerable amount of force.
