Hi TI Team,
why is there a Gap in the Top Groundplane of the reference layout from the datasheet.
I marked the gap in yellow in the following picture.
This gap is not described in the Layout Guidelines nor was I able to find any comments on it. It also exists on the Evaluation Board, but I did not find there any comments about it.
Do I have to include this Groundplane Isolation on the top side as well and how far from the IC can I connect the GND planes again?
