Yes; all TPS650332-Q1 variants have the ABIST function.

Hi Phil,

We find on the datasheet that the related registers of ABIST all have the reset value 0.

But customer find that without this test, many of their TPS65033201-Q1's 0x31 report 0x1F.

Could you please kindly help check the default value of the ABIST registers for TPS65033201RGERQ1？

Hi Brian,

All ABIST related registers have all bits value set to "0" as default since no ABIST done as default.

All ABIST related registers have all bits value set to "1" after the ABIST done.

The ABIST test is done automatically during power on, so, TPS65033201-Q1's 0x31 report 0x1F is correct.
