TPS54678: Glitch found on rising edge of switching waveform

Hi, I'm currently using TPS54678 with input voltage, Vin=3.3V stepping down to output voltage, Vout=0.9V, designed with maximum output current, Iout_max=1.5A.
I found that there is a glitch on rising edge of the switching waveform while probing on the switching node. I had tried on increasing input cap but it doesn't improve on the glitch.
May I know if this is some indication that we have a short duration shoot-thru (means bottom FET turns on for a short duration)?
