    Per the table below, the TPS61150A has better absolute current setting and better current matching between each string than the TPS61150.  For this improvement, the TPS61150A has slightly higher shutdown current, slightly lower maximum current per current sink and slightly lower maximum duty cycle than the TPS61150.
