    Hi Yuxi,

    We currently do not have IBIS or SPICE models for the UCC27624 at this time, but we do have a SIMPLIS model. If you need to use SPICE, then you can use the PSPICE model for the UCC27524. That device and the UCC27624 have slight differences, but they may be similar enough for your purposes.
