BQ78350-DEVICE-FW: Issue with firmware Flashing and BQ studio is not detecting on BQ studio tool

Hi Team ,

We are facing issue with firmware flashing and BQ studio tool is not detecting the BQ76940 EVM via EV2400.

Attaching the snip of the issue,

1.Flashing the Version 3 firmware to the BQ chip via Battery management studio tool.

2.Here the snip marked below shows the
execution is completed sucessfully. After that restarting the Bq Studio tool.
3.After Restarting , bqStudio is unable to
detected the BQ76940 EVM and if trying to select the device manually, no register data is found. Because it is not able to detect the device.
Please give the solution for this.

    Hello Thiru Senthil,

    BQStudio does not interface directly with BQ76940. It interfaces with BQ78350 via SMBus.

    The BQ76940 AFE will communicate with the BQ78350 via I2C directly. An option to interface directly with the BQ76940 will be to download the BQ76940 GUI software in the product page.
