Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI tests these parameters 100% in production at ATE. We do not normally share production test results. Can you tell me why the customer needs this information?

Customer feedback us the package is small for the ATE, so theny need this paramater testing report to Certification, thanks.

Hi Zhang,

As I stated in my previous response, this device is 100% tested at ATE. Even though it is a small package, there are handlers and contactors in the factory to test this device. TI tests devices smaller than this at ATE in production. TThe customer can review the quality and reliability data for this device at the link below. Beyond that, I have no test data that I can share.
